Caregivers

Our caregivers provide personalized, high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our team of skilled and compassionate caregivers is trained to provide a wide range of services, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and light housekeeping.

Skilled Nursing

FCI’s skilled nursing services provide comprehensive medical care and support to individuals with complex medical needs. Our team of licensed and experienced nurses is trained to provide a wide range of services, including wound care, medication management, disease management, and patient education.

Adult Day Center

Our adult day center services provide a safe and stimulating environment for seniors and individuals with disabilities to socialize, participate in activities, and receive supportive care during the day. Our team of trained professionals provides personalized care to each individual, including assistance with daily activities and medication management. We offer a wide range of activities, including music therapy, arts and crafts, games, and exercise programs, to promote physical and mental well-being.

Structured Family Caregiving

Caring for a family member living with you can be fulfilling but also challenging and time-consuming. However, you may be eligible to receive payment for the care you provide. The Structured Family Caregiving program (SFC) in Georgia offers financial and support services to families who care for seniors or disabled individuals at home. Family Care meets all the program requirements and is ready to support qualifying families.
